C1090 COLT MEDIUM FRAME SRC
Item # C1090
Previously in the collection of Alberto de Quintana. I personally bought this gun from his great-great grandson along with the entire collection that was offered for sale. A family legend has it that Colt presented this to him personally while he was the Spain's acting Ambassador to Cuba. The gun is well documented with a lot of paperwork and guaranteed absolutely 100% authentic. Overall condition of the gun is approximately 75% blue starting to tone and plum to a brownish plum patina but still good blue showing. Bore has good rifling with scattered pits. Muted case colors remain on hammer. Original sights. Crisp action. Original wood has a few handling mars but generally VG+ with most varnish remaining. Complete with saddle ring and sling swivels. This is a historically significant gun.

C1782 COLT MEDIUM FRAME BABY CARBINE

A few buggered screws. Original sights. Nice functioning action. Original saddle ring. The 32-20 is the rarest of all the baby carbines in the Colt line. This is an early first model with no dust cover. It has an interesting importers name inscribed on the top of the receiver. "Watson and Hancock". I believe this would have been done at the factory. English proof marks are evident on bbl and receiver. Still a nice example of an early baby carbine.
